For installation I put the rocking bassinet together myself and the assembly for the most part was not difficult whatsoever. However once it was put together we did run into a number of problems. Moving back to electronic unit, we found that ours is dead upon arrival. We pushed any number or combination of buttons to try and play the music or get the bassinet vibrate however nothing worked. It's funny though because the nightlight did work but this ended up just being a single LED and not very bright, it almost look like a light up button on a remote control or something similar to that.
I went a little off track there but after finding out that this cannot work I decided to check my steps and read through the instructions a little bit more meticulously. I swapped out the batteries and installed a fresh set, double check the wiring but nothing seemed to work. It could be a power issue because like I said we did get the nightlight to work but to my knowledge I could not figure it out.
